Maximize the Results of Anti-aging Supplements

Many people are confused about when to add anti aging products to their skin care regimen. Experts say it’s never too early to take care of your skin and protect it from aging. Think for a moment. Who has perfect skin in the whole world? Babies right? Why do you think is that so? This is because their skin has not aged and most babies are spared from environmental factors that damage their skin. Your skin is loaded with elastin and collagen fibers, which give the skin natural flexibility. Most people neglect the fact that they have to start taking care of their skin early and eventually get anti-aging treatment in their 30s.

There are two types of skin aging; one intrinsic and the other extrinsic. Intrinsic aging occurs in everyone and makes your skin look older as you age, while extrinsic aging is due to environmental factors. Some of the key factors that contribute to premature aging are sun damage, poor diet, and poor skin care conditions.

Wash your face twice a day to keep it clean. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables and drink lots and lots of water.

In your teenagers

There are three products to purchase if you are not planning to undergo antiaging treatment in your twenties. Cleansers, toner, and moisturizer are more than enough to keep your skin looking young and healthy. Use strong sunscreen; preferably SPF 50 or higher.

At this stage, you need to upgrade your moisturizer. Choose a nicotinamide mononucleotide product that is high in antioxidants and hyaluronic acid. You can also use an eye cream at this point if you notice any small wrinkles around your eyes.
